First 20 posts must be approved by a mod, this is how your posts can be visible immediately there, after that you can post without restrictions.

If you are trying to post to Peb and you can't see your message, it is just because someone needs to approve it.

Those I gave are just with low traffic, but they are not abandoned by administrator so you can get some more downloads
