User Groups

[Zero - HosterBin]

I know in WordPress they have user groups:

1. Administrator
2. Editor
3. Author
4. Contributor

I need to find out if i can make any other ones or witch of the above allows people to post but not publish.

Contributor is what you need. Thew will able to post but they need to be approved from Editor or Administrator.

there are few plugins which help you in assigning custom roles for user categories... search it on wordpress.org and im sure you'll find a good one...
