I'm looking for dedicated server with 1Gbps IN and OUT speed, which should be unmetered.
Requirements:
4cores
8GB of Ram
300-500GB SSD or something else with speed like SSD, can be SAS in RAID0. Main requirement is 300GB of space.
1Gbps unmetered line.
And thats all...
Current server internet usage:



Budget: max 500Eu/month.

According to my calculations based uppon the average speeds of the graph you posted above a 100TB server might just make if for you. You sure to go unmetered, they are significantly more expensive.
Do you have bandwidth statistics of previous months?

Now I'm using 100tb.com server, internet speed is very good, but storage upgrade are really expensive, so I'm looking for other server.
I don't have any real traffic statics, but according to my PHP script, my server uses about 2TB inbound traffic and I think outbound traffic are 1,5x-2,5x bigger.

LlamaServers offer are very interesting and I got some offer from fdcservers.
