Need Help - Set Author Post Limit

Hi

I have some Authors(Uploader) on my wordpress blog. I want to set that an author can only add 10 post in 24 hours and if author schedule his post then this system also works.

I think you understand what I want to say.

This should do your work

I just do this but I can't see any settings regarding this plugin in setting tab
