ESET NOD32 Smart Security 5 firewall exception

I use ESET NOD32 Smart Security 5 and set the network option to strich (no file sharing) o i do not show up on the LAN but i still want to share files to my friends with filezilla server from time to time. I have to disable the firewall for them to be able to connect to the server. What i want to know is is their a way to allow ftp connection to filezilla to pass through the firewall. And if so how?
