For dedicated servers usefully around 1-2 days. We place new order every day at 2PM GMT, and I have never seen it take longer than 2 days but LeaseWeb do quote me 5 working days. Hope this helps.

You can have a maximum of 16 IP's per Dedicated Server and a maximum of 4 per VM.

Each IP will cost 2 EURO.
