Default ERROR: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted

Can someone please help me with this error:
    Code:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 621640 bytes) in /home/domain/public_html/wp-admin/includes/admin.php on line 22
I've only updated one of my plugins and it did that.

The plugin you have updated seems to have a bug. You should disable it.

Are you on shared Hosting? If you are you get that error because the plugin is using to much memory.

Thanks for your answers. I've fixed it already.

    Solution for me:
I renamed the plugins folder (/public_html/wp-content/plugins) to 'plugin', then renamed it back to 'plugins'.

    Weird...

You should contact your host and ask them to increase memory limit to 128M
