now it's status is: the domain has been requested.

but i can't change DNS settings,

why?

Wouldn't you get a better and faster reply if you had contacted 1&1?

I dont want to scare you but I heard a lot of negative about 1and1. Well not worth using, even for the low prices. But contact them with your problems they might help you out.
