Custom vbuletin skin "this is a one of a kind"

i have a custom skin that was made for me its good for 3.6.x and lower i would expect as for the new 3.7 ive not yet tryed it but i would guess it will need some work.

and yes i can proof its mine i have a paypal recipt to show i own it
i also have all the psd files to custom it further

i would not advertise somthing that didnt belong to me
