    The persons who are working on the upper most Girders can see the 'ROTATION OF EARTH'

    I don't know if the world rotation is true, maybe it's just the camera. But the actual picture is amazing.

    You are seeing the bending on the sides of the photos frame because the type of lens used to take the hemispherical photo, not because the building is high enough to see the curvature of the Earth. You however will get the true effect from approximately 4,200 ft above sea level.

    However it's a cool photo, and the name of the lens used for the effect is called a Fisheye.
