From my side, I really think this is not needed. I have been here some time, well over 1 year and 6 months and what I have seen is, reviews are important, but not the important thing.

From a webmaster's point of view, it is of common nature to understand your own good, and look up what will do good for you. Problem is, these days the new class of webmasters don't really have the thing of do it yourself in them. I myself was like that, till I realised the magic of Google and knowing yourself.

It's great to ask for and get good reviews, but it can not be really taken up as a work to do. It surely is a burden for the person who is given the duty. It is a very important task, and should be done by only people who know what they are doing and saying, but not really a thing to put up as a duty.

You want to give reviews, do it, but not really the thing to make a rank for.

If you are asking for this to be made so that people can know who to listen to, then my answer to that is, those people should have this much common sense to really know who to listen to. Making a few clicks and installing wordpress will not get them a good site, it is themselves and their mind control and power of judgement that will take them up.

Most admins of famous sites did not go around asking for reviews to make their sites better, it was in them or they developed it. They socialised and learned.

People posting here about learning English should know that, it is not the language that is only needed to make a site better. I can show a few sites who don't even count English as their forum language, but are way ahead of many sites we have even heard of.

Only knowing English will not also allow to review a site, but then again, a website is not made up of only words, but other major things to notice too.

My suggestion, contribute more so that people who know nothing can learn from you and eventually help themselves with it instead of running around asking for help.

Cheers
