You probably will need a dedicated server for 10-20 users.

They'll suspend it , as rapidleech eats CPU , No matter with ram it just eats CPU and loads will be higher always . And also 10-20 users you say private you kidding buddy , its same as public ?

Else your choice , i can just simply recommend you for dedicated .

okay.. any difference between dedicated and vps server?
for example processor..Xeon E3 1240 (3x 3.33GHz). i know many hosting companies..practically does not differ configuration between dedicated and vps.

p.s I don't do advertising.
