Pros:
Live support - I have not seen them offline yet, they rotate between operators at mornings and nights. They've got a great knowledgeable support team and help with minor issues too.
Instant Setup
Tickets - Answered within 5-30 minutes (for me).
Fast, reliable servers.
Great Prices.
Trial period

Cons:
VNC button in the client area doesn't load right. They email you with the correct link, but just throwing out any possible "issue" as this isn't a "paid" review.
No "warez," I myself never used anything pirated, but throwing that out there for those type of users/uploaders.
Not much of a con, but inconsistent text on the Windows VPS Hosting page, everything is "INSTANT DEPLOYMENT" then we got a random, "Instant Setup," looks funny.

We're registered and based in the USA, though we have staff operating in several timezones around the world.

it's fix now mate, Thanks. doing some testing on the VPS.

Tested so far:

Plan/Offers is awesome.

Support is excellent -- didnt gave up on me till all things are sort out.

Fileserve download is FAST! (will post screenshot later after all testing done).

I may go with a xen vm soon if i can'i find a sponser for up hub never used xen before
