IP Blocked from Filesonic

We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address () and have been temporarily blocked.

when i enter the Captcha, I get stuck in a loop. Cannot log in, and cannot file a complaint because it recognizes the email address and send me right back to the IP blocked page. Tried killing the cookies on the system, dropped IPs, but on a public internet for the next 3 months due to the remainder of my deployment.

Anyway we can lift the ban on me?
