Thanks for all replies, i will try some of the hosts mentioned in this thread, since my sites can not take days of downtime it is time to move elsewhere although i have had months and months of good service from my current host. It's a shame when things go downhill.

Well its really the job of the webmaster to secure his/her site. The good thing about knownsrv I think is the fact that they do help their customers tighten their security via management. A lot of hosts will just ignore you if you ask for help about security, more likely once you get hacked, they'll just offer to reinstall the OS
