I don't Think they allow Link Generators they might have applied on Some other site but added on this who Knows well i think they Don't allow

It depends on how you market your site, on some sites they allow it.
You can only link to the ads on your index page, however there must be no mention of copyrighted files or links to sites that contain filehost links.

gr0wl already run with adsense almost 1 year, they still running adsense too..so how do u think google will ban them?
