My website is currently hosted on a NL server. Lets say i get a swedish ip, what will be my site's average additional load time? Is it going to be significant? Also, may i ask the uptime of both your servers?

Well I tried it with a few websites and I actually didn't notice any load time reduction. However I can not guarantee you like if you main server is in Asia, and you use our Sweden I think it will be a bit slowed down.

Like I said, NL and Sweden do have great connection

Also the uptime is 100% currently.

Seems good enough. Another question. As the traffic will pass through your ip my visitor's original ips wont be logged. Is there a workaround for this?
