Speed test of filepost (prem users only)

I have 4mbit connection
and can download with 500-505 kbyte/sec for filesonic
but 400-420 kbyte/sec for filepost ???

what is your speed.

filepost , fro example yesterday had unbelivable speeds . upload for whole day was 40MB/s + . download about 10MB/s + . i am really satisfied with FP speeds , hope it will stay like that !

how do you download , what do you use , browser or jDownloader or something else , try with something else , maybe that is the problem ?

As I know you live in Turkey. Filesonic servers are hosted in EU. I guess Filepost is hosted in the USA. Thats why Filesonic is faster.

Am I wrong?

yes u may be right about filepost. Dekstr, I use jdownloader to get files.
MediaStar, I could get faster service but there is no fiberline till now in my apartment
and normal phone cable is very old and can stand with 4 mbit only, 8 mbit cause 100 times
disconnection of line. I wait for fiber connection.. but I do not have hope about it in 2012

I get 5.3MB/s download and about 40MB/s upload

I get average 300-400 kbyte/sec from filepost.
From filesonic, wupload, fileserve 980-990 kbyte/sec (the max of my internet connection)

I really like filepost. They have a very nice design, but this speed is suck, and the waiting time for free users is very long, so I live filepost for a time.
