after that pages indexed by google is going less day by day
i asked hostgator they said me to pay 50$ for ssl thing
so should i pay them 50$ ?

No. Buy a dedicated IP from Hostgator and then buy a RapidSSL certificate from Namecheap.com.

n do i have pay this for every year?

Dedicated IP should be like $2 or $3 a month.

RapidSSL is $9.95/year.

Yes, you'll have to pay it every year.

Namecheap just has great prices on SSL certs. You can buy one anywhere.
