hey last year I registered my domain in statro.nl but now I am unable to login in site and my domain also nt working and every time when I try to login dey shows d error there is a server problem please try again later.

I have authorize code of my domain.
is it possible to transfer at this time at free of cost in any site.

transfer is never free..costs always about 6 usd....or did I never find a host with free transfer
who care's, 6usd isn't that much

just transfer it to a new host. but make sure you have first set up the verification email, you need to verify the transfer by email validation.
