i had registerd it a few months ago on name.com. i never used it, but last time i checked my account i didnt saw my domain in it. i mailed name.com , they said its registered with another registrar, kidding me?

Then they did you a favor. That is a blatant trade mark infringement domain name. With Google in it. I doubt any one stole it. It probably came up for re-registration.

seriously? you should be thanking google that they didnt took you down legally lol they have every right to take that domain from you probably you are not smart enough to understand you cant do it better go spend sometime learning about trade mark and stuffs

Looking at the whois it shows its registered at Sponsoring Registrarirecti Internet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. dba PublicDomainRegistry.com

You should still consider yourself lucky as it would be shutdown anyways for using Google in a domain name and Google is a registered trademark. Normally, if google found out about the site if it was running you'll be shutdown quickly / then most liking taken to court by Google and sued.
