How come footer banner is more expensive than header banner?

@cvrle77 our footer is special designed for adspots header not. If you would buy adspots on header it wouldnt be as visible as on the footer. Unless you want to buy header adspots for 15$ would be fine for me

if these are monthly GA stats as we can see from nov 11 to dec 11, only 1875 visits .....isn't this price very high for this traffic....?

The site was down during that period, almost the entire month of November actually, so the GA stats are obviously not corresponding to the actual traffic the site's getting. Check the AWstats as for now, we will update GA stats in a few days once my team mate comes online.
