On the website mentioned above you are violating competition law and our terms of
use. As stated in our terms of use, we do reserve the right to lock accounts that
are used without our authorization.
Additionally you are infringing our company's right in the trademark "RapidShare"
as well as our company's copyrights by using the trademark "RapidShare" on your
website without permission.
We demand you (a) to cease and to desist sharing rapidshare accounts and (b) to
remove any content that concerns Rapidshare.com.
We consider your website as an attempt to harm our business. If you are proceeding
your illegitimate service, we will consider to take legal actions against you.

From what i understand your domain has the word 'RapidShare' in it and RS is kinda pissed about it. By using rapidshare in your domain you are infringing their copyright and they have every right to take legal action against you.
You should change your domain ASAP and tell them that legal action wont be necessary as you have taken the necessary steps.
