Of course they can, and they will, if you are using their logo, or share RS account, or all together...

They can, and they will. They have in the past, and they're obviously going to win. Best bet is to comply.

From what i understand your domain has the word 'RapidShare' in it and RS is kinda pissed about it. By using rapidshare in your domain you are infringing their copyright and they have every right to take legal action against you.

You should change your domain ASAP and tell them that legal action wont be necessary as you have taken the necessary steps.

RS are not copyright violators at all. They take a pretty good public stance against it
