We count all downloads but will not profit (PPD/MIX) in the following cases:
+ IP match file uploader IP
+ Download username match file uploader Username
+ Max money 1 IP can get last 24 hours = $0,50

after plans renew the defaul was ppd, ive changed it to pps but even with starred new refs my account balance is still 0, does it take time to activate the new plan?
