utorrent Download speed and ipt ratio

hy , I use windows vps,, from Ipt I getting 2Mb/s on average and below 2...earlier i used to got 10+ MB/s.



My vps provider telling no problems with connections. so it it the problem of my utorrent setiing or version?? my ratio also going down.

Torrent Speeds Depends on following factor

1. Hard Drive (VPS so HDD is Shared between Users and OS both ofc it will be Slow)
2. uTorrent Configuration (Rare Case)
3. Seeders

Check for them

Most likely the 3rd option. If too much leechers and not enough seeders = slow
