my pp a/c's limitation has been removed automatically after 21 mnths and dey sent me a check of my money lolz.

PayPal is not good for virtual service. If you fail with any vps service as example, you can't cover your money. Also, they don't allow credit card from some countries like India and Pakistan. So terrible!

On my service, I'll try to add 2CheckOut to supported payment gateway due to they support credit card over the world very well. PayPal has limit and sometime many from us can't use credit card through it.

I got many fake Paypal email. Let's be carefully.
