Looking for cheap EU VPS for hosting usage Only

I am going to run a small blog, just as simple as a lot of peole out there, probably a wordpress blog.

and I am running a sports related blog, offering some games for people to download, of course content are uploaded to file hosts.

and i never use this vps to upload to file host or what,no, for uploading games i have a very good RDP to do the job.

so ,i won't need unlimited bandwidth, and HDD space probably 10GB is way enough for me. also is it allowed for me to store those game(sports/NFL) picture on VPS???

ps. i probably won't spend more than 15 dollars for this.

if you have suitable offer for my requirement, please let me know
