Suggest me a mobile

Hi pals,
I am thinking of getting a new mobile. I am from India and i was searching a lot of shopping sites in india , and there are many more which i dint visit. my budget is 10,000-12,000 INR or 200-220 USD . Can you guys please suggest me a best mobile . If possible give me a link where i can get it for cheap price.
No Qwerty mobile suggestions please.
What do you guys think about Samsung Ace?

Currently i am using Nokia 5230 with Symbian, may i know why you dont suggest android.

What About iPhone But Not The Latest Generation, Something Like iPhone 3GS Is Very Good.

But iphone3G is out budget, iphone 3G is almost 20,000 here.
