Through any service provider like gmail, yahoo. But i guess there is a limit of 20-50 emails at a time. So, try with this http://email-sender.net/

Try with gmail as Nitish said.

The best option is to get a vps or a shared hosting and put an emailer script (Google it) and boom ! Send those messages (spam) to the 1000 people

When I sent trying message to 200 addresses, I am getting this:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently!

What is the problem please?

It might be coz of bouncing of mails, certainly they've failed to do so thinking your message is spam.

do as blaze said!!! or search google for bulk email sending!

bulk email senders will have more chance of getting into spam than gmail.
