Automated wordpress commenting script

Hi, I'm looking to buy a script that will be able to detect new posts in wordpress blogs, and automatically post a given comment on specifically named posts.
For example I should be able to give it a .txt file and a post name to match (*Dexter*) and once a matching post appears on the blogs it will comment on it using the contents of the .txt file.

The blogs I want this script to work on are the top ones, some of them require captchas on submissions.

I realize this is highly sought-after, I'm a serious buyer and I will pay a lot for a well-working script.
