Not very happy with them :/. Yesterday I've ordered a VDS from them. Then they wanted a confirmation about my adress (wtf? This is warez uploading, anyway it was ok for me and I wrote the info down). They told me that my server will be ready in 6 hours.

Now I'm here, server isn't ready for me -> I can't upload -> I need money -> I trusted them. Today they sent me another email and told me that using Linux on a VDS is bad? Why? This is a semi dedicated server, it makes no difference which O.S I want use.

I hope they will sent me my details today. This is no attack but I NEED this VDs immediately.

I would recommend you to not use abusive language in the Live Chat next time so we can provide you with better support. We're not robots who can handle all the language you threw at us and I have advised everyone in our staff to cut the chat immediately if you use language like that again.

We told you, we can refund you if you don't want to put at least your real phone number in (I don't see this part here posted by you), but the response we got was "YOU ARE SCAMMING ME" - not sure when scammers started refunding? Can you clarify?

Did you reply to that email saying you want the VDS and not the VPS? It was a recommendation, that it will work better on a VPS. You don't need a recommendation? We won't give it to you next time. Why should we help you when it takes our time and we get this post in return?

VDS is virtual dedicated server also known as semi-dedicated.

They're both almost the same except our VDS support Windows and VPS are only linux.

That depends on your HDD/CPU/RAM requirements. You can get the lower one, and see how it works and upgrade with time.
