i am on shared host.bandwidth and usage is decent.
my site got Banned as i used tooo much CPU.

How many visitors a day do you get?

ur traffic must be getter.. if that is ur problem den buy VPS.

if you dont want to change anything with your site and still want hosting you should look into upgrading to a vps.

.. but also depends on your site. maybe it can be optimized so it can still run on a shared server. but most likely you probably just need to upgrade.

i am using wordpress ... since 1 month i haven't touched my site

i am gettng 200-300 or if i am lucky i get 400.

Could be a plugin that you are using.

i have had a ticket opened and yet they say... it was CPU Usage...Its like how we Use our CPU and Ticket got Closed.

400 Unique Visitors is like once a Month... not daily.. my average visitors are 200-300.

did you install WP Super Cache plugin? if not then try install it as it can reduce your CPU load.
