    Default VPS IP change

    Hello,

    Fileserve & Hotfile banned my VPS ip vps located on France..so i informed this problem to VPS provider and they given test VPS with different ip range.(it's totally different than my old ip) unfortunately it's also banned

    so i've asked to add US ip to my VPS,they said we cant do that cuz VPS located on France..

    sorry may be this is noob question..i want to know any chance to add USA ip to FR VPS??
