    For any type of support, and this is included in the welcome email you get after ordering any service, you need open a ticket at https://www.hosthatch.com/billing/submitticket.php - or email to sales@hosthatch.com, support@hosthatch.com, billing@hosthatch.com or abuse@hosthatch.com depending on your issue.

    Our ticket response time is 30 minutes on average at the moment.
