Do 'premium links' give DDL's a bad name?

I own/run a simple DDL website. As a way to sustain myself, I look over at other websites which host similar content. These DDL websites tend to make 'premium links' which lead to spider based websites like sharingzone and what not. Do you think these sort of link hiding techniques in searches and 'mirror' links give legitimate websites a bad image?

They are
1. Annoying when they are on every single DDL website
2. Deceptive to everyone
3. Useless. Some of these 'premium' signup sites are hoax, a quick search on the sites with any keywords give you fake returns

Here are a few examples of what i mean.
1. http://www.phazeddl.com/search.php?q=phaze+sucks+dick
2. http://www.twilight.ws/search.php?q=twilight sucks ass
3. http://www.ddlspot.com/search.php?q=ddlspot+sucks+ass&x=0&y=0
4. http://www.ddlsite.com/Ddlsite+Sucks+Ass/crack-serial-keygen-torrent/free-warez-full-download-1.html
5. http://easywarez.com/?act=src&search=easywarez sucks dick
6. http://ddlshark.com/search.php?q=ddlshark sucks dick

What it can cause is, loss of trust from a user. I mean if the user finds that the content he needs is to be paid for then, DDL sites suck and hence will choose to stick to either a forum based search or prefer p2p instead.

P.S - Funny as was that every site had a torrent, crack and http mirror for the site sucking ass.

Wanted to know what are other DDL owners thoughts?

Hate them hate them hate them.
So bloody annoying. And the site they link to are usually filled with adverts and pop ups.
Thats why I never use phazeddl. Its just pointless.

These links make DDL owners massive cash.. If you want to make alot of money this is the best way to do it. thats why it's used alot.

These ddls just became an interesting money making machine for me,I've contributed enough but posting rapidshare links is not a contribution in my opinion
