Serious Help with connection time of wordpress

Hello guys,

I have some wired problem.
I had my site hosted with KnownSRV, and I dont have any kind of resource abuse problem or anything like that.
My problem is that my page connection time is too high, to be mentioned not download time.
Whenever I load my site, it shows looking up, connecting, connected after that it takes too long time, up to 1 minute sometime.
Then it shows transferring data, and page shows up in no time.

One more thing is that while posing a new post its the same, most of time my post dont get through, it shows connecting, connected, then nothing happens and without any kind of progress or error, it just shows connected and nothing happens, not even timeout.

I have tried checking it with GTMetrix and it was 49 seconds for getting connection and about less then 5 sec for data transfer.

I can not figure this problem out, what it could be ?
Can anyone help ?
I`m using latest version of WP and W3C catch too.

mate, back up the database and re-install

may be problem with database, i am not sure...

Yes, I`m using the quick catch, even tried disabling the plugin for an instance, can you think of anything else ?

Also... you might have problem theme.... which theme are you using...
