best advertiser to use for an adult website?

so ive had some issues with my previous advertiser "anastacia affiliates" because it paid $5.00 to everyone who registered which is awesome, but will only payout when a certain amount of new registrations spend money on the site, whcih equates to never.

whats a good reliable adult advertiser i can use that will pay me without all the fine print? i dont care if its alot or a little, i just want to make sure i get paid the money i earn and no dick fine print stuff....

well lotta out thr like totemcash which pays per sale or cashadmin for adult pharma affiliation if u in sales. or pay per click cos like blacklabelads, adxpansion or popup ads like adultadworld, fpctraffic etc.
