Similar to DLE but free

Hi guys Does any body here knows something similar to data life engine but for free .For example for forums instead of buying vbulletin you have smf or phpbb . I mean a kind of template that will allow other users to create post . Please any help will be welcome .

lol, dle is free if you use it "outside" of Russia

In Poland many big sites use nulled DLE simple because there is no official support in PL , ENG and any other then RU languages...

I would like to go a 100 % legal but if you said that big sites use it and they do not have any problem I will think about it .Any ways ,If anybody has another one but free .I will be more than happy to hear about it .Regards.
