(sBorg) - How do you deal with the ratio?

lets say you download a big file from a private torrent size. we all know you need to keep a certain download/upload ratio. how do you deal with that? from what i know, sborg seeds the file until its 1:1 ratio or 6 hours whichever comes first. so what do you guys do? is there anyway to control how long you seed the file for in sborg?

well sborg just sends the file to transmission(a linux application like utorrent) and there it seeds until the sborg host of yours removes it
