[Hiring] Need Developer for making a PHP Script

I am looking for some one who can develop a php script that works with paypal API.

What I have now
----------------------

1) Premier Account with Personal Payment Tab Enabled
2) Mass pay feature is disabled and Paypal not willing to activate it
3) Have API Username, API Password, Signature

Requirements
-------------------------

1) I need the script working on production/live. I want to make real payments

2) Script must be decently coded and I want script that is not encoded.

3) There must be a Form on the front end with following

Text Input field - API Username
Text Input Field - API Password
Text Input filed - Signature
Radio Button 1 - Pay as Purchase transaction, Mode "Services"
Raido Button 2 - Pay as Personal Payment , Mode "Others"
Text box Input - that accept 100lines of data in comma separated format plus newline for next entry
Submit Button - To send data to paypal for processing

4) Back End
Once submit button is clicked, the input data is processed, PayPal API is called and payment is sent one by one. Each transaction result is stored and output result to browser upon completion of each transaction.
If payment was success then it should display "Success, Transaction ID"
If there was error, then it should display "Error returned by PayPal"
