Why is uTorrent slow?

I just did a re-install of Windows and i installed uTorrent, but when i download anything it's slow, not the speed of the download, but the software it self. I have v3.0.

I start by downloading a torrent and then clicking "Ok" to download it with all the files. Then i minimalize it to the bar, next to the clock. When i want to see how the torrent is doing i double click it and it takes 20-30 seconds to appear on my screen.

I don't know what could be the problem. You guys have a clue?

Try changing the port
