First domain is http://www.uploadvideos.org what to do with it and if u answer first question then what cms should i use on it

The second domain in http://watchnaruto.tv i know it can be made an anime site but what script should i use on it

@Phamous thanks the other site is also using wordpress and i guess its using its own custom theme

It depends on what you wanna do. You can use either DLE or Wordpress to start off.
