If you are talking about the GS-KM2GB server it's 5TB outbound bandwidth.
Internal and Inbound traffic is free and not counted towards your monthly bandwidth consumption.
For an additional 10 EUR p/month you can get 100Mbps unmetered.

I had purchased a server from greatseeder 2 days ago but till now the status is pending. Their on-line support is also unavailable. I had sent too many mails but did not receive any response. I had generate 2 tickets but there is no any reply. Then I create a dispute request at pay pal thinking that may be then they feel my pain and reply me but it is very strange situation that they did not reply till now. As he say they are busy to solve old clients then they should not accept new clients and if they accept new clients then they have to say them to wait for a specific duration for waiting but this is not good for them (to leave their clients behind a back light of a truck,) not to respond your new clients.

Can they please tell me that what I should do now.hope they fell my pain and try to respond as soon as possible.
