which file host you believe has the most stable service? (no server down, accurate payout, stable speed, not scam...)

i've been using fileserve which works fine for me...
but for putlocker... it's server down most of the time

There are plenty... but 98% of them have low rates or cheating system...

There is nothing stable those days.
