Looking At Building A Computer For $350

I am looking to build a computer for about $350 let me know what you think of this build. Right now I have a 350w bulldog power supply ext dvd burner usb wifi apater 80gb ide hd & ext 2tb hd I can use so I do not need to buy them. All I plan to do with this new computer is watch HD videos convert videos to mp4 & surf the net. Here are the computer items I am looking at getting
