Network Timeout Help!

Whats up everyone. Im having a slight problem getting on my forum (warezdungeon.com) and alpha.hostbeyond.com

It was working fine earlier today. My friend can acces both from his cpu but i cant. I cant figure out the problem. Ive tried on IE and Firefox but both failed. Anyone know how i can resolve this problem?

its so simple first point may be ur ip block or server down or your net connection problem nothing else.
