Did you upload to the European server ? Did You try out other FileHosts ?
Like Wupload ? Dont expect super blazing speeds to the US Filehosts from France.
Please, You should know why!

Buy Windows VPS is the worst...

Reasons :
1) No Refund Policy
2) Server Speeds not more than 2MB/sec for upload
3) 16GB Unrar Takes more than 4 Hrs
4) Forget about rar, they will suspend you if u RAR big files on their server
