Sorry, but this looks very unprofessional and like 1 big joke.
Your template is very unbalanced.
Your logo doesn't match your template and it's unreadable, your dragon is copyrighted image, some text there also doesn't match your theme.

And by your plan and price it's obvious you don't know what you are doing, and what packages/prices you should have. Did you put any math behind those numbers?
