    Yeah, you really don't have to buy dedis for 200 customers online, with the right setup you can host it on a vps.

    May want to consider getting vps instead of dedicated server... it sounds odd however vps can handle alot of members as well or what ovh.ie there a good place if I was you I'd read the terms of service to be on the safe side.

    Take a VPS. If you take a Dedi, you must not be satisfied with it. So why need to wasting money. knownsrv - Plans are very limited and also metered bandwidth. I don't think it's a good idea for warez linking site.
